On September 2015, Mr. Zhou Jigao, Managing Director of JLCD Law Firm, delivered a Seminar on Legal Risk Prevention and Case Analysis on PPP Projects to Shanghai Association of In-house Lawyers upon the invitation by the Association.

Mr. Zhou introduced the theory of PPP legal relationships and practical problems of the cost risk, construction and operation risk, force majeure risk and legal risks etc. based on the experiences and cases of the Firm. The Seminar is close to the needs of the companies and greatly welcomed by the attendants.

PPP is a new form of infrastructure projects of China, involving many new issues to be studies and solved. The seminar is based on the practical experiences of JLCD Law Firm in PPP projects, which is the result of the Firm’s focus on the research on new and upfront legal issues.
